Hi, I’m Victoria

I help mission-driven organizations build repeatable workflows, strengthen operations, and create follow-through systems that make work easier to manage, track, and sustain.

My Services

  • I create repeatable systems that reduce chaos and make work easier to run. That includes building trackers, templates, SOPs, dashboards, and improving file structures, naming conventions, and access. I manage workstreams by defining scope and timelines, creating workplans, tracking progress and blockers, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining quality control so teams stay aligned and execution stays steady.

  • I manage the full grant lifecycle from intake through closeout. I build clear application workflows and checklists, track deadlines and pipelines, coordinate due diligence and fiscal sponsor requirements, and maintain clean, audit-ready files. I also manage agreements, payment schedules and payment requests, reporting systems and reminders, and I synthesize grantee updates into funder-ready insights and themes.

  • I support leaders by building meeting rhythms and decision support systems that drive follow-through. I handle meeting logistics and materials, create agendas and briefs, ensure everything is organized and accessible, and coordinate across stakeholders with clarity and care. I capture decisions and action items, maintain accountability logs, and translate priorities into practical next steps, timelines, and communications.

How My Values Guide My Work

Kindness, reliability, and trust guide the way I work. These are not just values, they are how I show up in every engagement. I believe in doing the work with integrity, respecting the people closest to the mission, and building repeatable systems that make your day to day smoother. My goal is to create real partnership, clear processes, and practical support that helps you get the results you need without adding complexity.

People-First Approach

I lead with kindness and respect for the people doing the work. I listen first, build with your team, and create systems that support humans, not replace them.

Trust Those Leading the Work

I trust practitioners, partners, and communities as the experts. My role is to strengthen the structure around them so their work is easier to sustain and scale.

Mission-Centered

I do not lose sight of the why, or who we are doing this work for. My work is a reflection of how much I care. I do what needs to be done to move closer to the North Star, protect the people and purpose at the center, and build the systems that help impact happen more consistently and with less friction.

About Me

I’m an operations and grantmaking consultant and executive partner who builds calm, repeatable systems for mission-driven organizations and small teams doing complex work. I support leaders and teams through grantmaking operations, portfolio and reporting systems, stakeholder coordination, and the behind-the-scenes structures that turn big goals into steady execution. My approach is people-first and mission-centered, grounded in kindness, reliability, and deep respect for the communities and practitioners closest to the work.

My work often lives at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day execution. I build workflows and tools that reduce friction, improve visibility, and protect follow-through: grant lifecycle systems from intake through closeout, reporting rhythms that make learning usable, meeting structures that lead to decisions, and documentation that keeps teams aligned even through transitions. I’m especially drawn to projects that advance equity, opportunity, and dignity, including work supporting multilingual learners and immigrant communities, strengthening education systems, investing in women and families, and supporting environmental efforts that shape community well-being.

My professional commitments are shaped by lived experience. I’m an immigrant, an English learner, and a first-generation college graduate. There were moments when my goals felt out of reach, but I always had someone in my corner advocating for my education and my right to have equal access to opportunity and success. That foundation still guides how I show up today: steady, determined, and deeply invested in building systems that allow others to move forward.

My background is in for-profit and corporate work, and I carry those skills with me: strong execution, clear processes, and a high standard for reliability. I chose to step away from that path so I could dedicate my knowledge and expertise to mission-driven work. I want my work to contribute to real change and help build a better world for the next generation.

Outside of work, I volunteer as an ESL teacher for adults and support efforts that provide necessities to people experiencing homelessness. These commitments reflect my belief that community care should be real, consistent, and accessible.

I’m also an artist at heart. I paint, quilt, and take on DIY projects because learning how to make and fix things brings me joy. I live in Texas with my partner, two kids, and four dogs.
